User-Submitted Stories and Content
Stories and other original content submitted to Girltalk remain the intellectual property of the original contributor.
By submitting content to Girltalk, the contributor grants Girltalk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, format, publish, display, promote, distribute, archive, and feature the submitted content across the Girltalk website, newsletters, social media channels, and other official platforms.
Girltalk may edit submissions for grammar, spelling, formatting, readability, privacy, and editorial consistency without changing the author's intended message.
Anonymous submissions will remain anonymous unless the contributor expressly authorizes otherwise.
Girltalk will never sell ownership of a contributor's submitted story.
Third-Party Content
Girltalk may reference or include information from government publications, public records, news organizations, academic research, public-domain materials, or other third-party sources.
Ownership of third-party content remains with its respective copyright holder. Whenever practical, Girltalk provides appropriate attribution and source references.
Trademark and Brand Notice
The Girltalk name, logo, slogans, graphics, page layouts, visual identity, and branding are proprietary assets of Girltalk.
Unauthorized use that may create confusion, imply endorsement, or misrepresent affiliation with Girltalk is strictly prohibited.
